We appreciate feedback from all of our participants.  The final evaluation form can be completed at the end of the year to give us some feedback for next year. The form is provided in Microsoft Word format and can be submitted to the McMaster mini-med school by e-mail (as an attachment) to macminimed@hotmail.com. Instructions are also found on the evaluation form itself.
